Reporting an error
This is the message we most want to receive. To make it quick to act on, include:
- The page, and the sentence you think is wrong.
- What the correct information is.
- Where that correct information is published, if you have a link.
Factual corrections get made promptly, and where the change is substantive the page will note what changed. If you are right and we were wrong, saying so plainly on the page is the point of the whole site.
Questions about sourcing
If a claim's stamp does not obviously support it, or a source has changed since we read it, that is worth telling us about. Every source we use is listed with its read date on thesource register.
For the developer or publisher
If you work at Multiverse and something here misrepresents your game, get in touch and we will correct it. If you would like to state something on the record that resolves one of the open questions on this site, we will publish it and attribute it to you.
What we cannot help with
- Account, refund, or purchase problems. Pax Autocratica Archive is an independent reference site with no connection to Multiverse or Valve. Steam support handles refunds and purchases; the developer's own support address is published on its store page.
- Technical support for the game. We have no ability to diagnose crashes or performance problems, and we have not played the game.
- Guest posts, link exchanges and paid placements. The site does not accept them, and messages proposing them are deleted unread.
