Every stamp on this site points at one of the entries below. If a claim cannot be traced to one of them, it should not be on the site, and we would like to know about it.
Last full verification pass: 2026-08-11. Figures that move are re-read weekly and carry the date they were read.

Official announcement and patch-note archive, app 1067360
Multiverse, via Steam Community Announcements
Read through Valveās news API, which returns the full text of every announcement. Terminology quotations on this site are extracted from that feed by a script rather than transcribed, so they cannot drift from the source.

Official Early Access roadmap graphic
Multiverse, via the Steam store description
The roadmap is published as an image, not as text. We downloaded the image and transcribed it. No storefront text search will surface these items.

Must be requested at the slug URL. The bare /app/1067360/ form has no 2019 capture and the archive silently redirects it forward to the June 2020 capture, which is a different document showing a different date.

How we read sources
Raw HTML and raw JSON, fetched directly and parsed. Not summaries, and not another site's description of a source. This matters more than it sounds: automatic summarisers routinely drop a parenthetical, tidy a quotation, or supply a field the original never had, and every one of those errors is invisible in the output.
Quoted material is checked character by character against the source before it goes inside quotation marks. Where the source is an image, such as the official roadmap, we say so and transcribe it. We do not paraphrase and then put quotation marks round the result.
Where two sources conflict, the one closer to the developer wins, and we print the conflict instead of quietly resolving it. Where we could not settle a question, the page says we could not settle it.
